Released: March 25th, 2014
He thought I owned him. He thought he loved me, that I was enough. But this animal, this sex god who could drive me crazy and steal my heart in the same breath, he would never fully be mine. It was impossible. No one ever owned a God…
One year. I have one year to find out more about this man I am marrying. More about his family. More about our sex, and all of the dirty, delicious places it will take me.
I thought I’d spend this year making a decision. I never thought the decision would be taken from me, snatched right from my naive little hands.

"She is my sun, and everything else is bullshit. I love so few people in my life. I need only one. Her."
*ARC PROVIDED BY AUTHOR FOR AN HONEST REVIEW*
This is the end to Julia and Brad's love story. Or perhaps the beginning. The End of Innocence was such a perfect ending to the trilogy. It was thrilling, heartbreaking, fucking wonderful, super schmexy, filled with suspense and completely beguiling from beginning to the end. Alessandra Torre has created such an intricate romance that I loved from the first book and I will continue to support her next pieces of work.
SWEET JESUS CHRIST. Let me just…
This book was so heartfelt from the start. It's packed with emotion from both Brad and Julia, from the extreme depths of their hearts. Their relationship has always been fast-paced and filled with excitement and new experiences and so this book was just the same.
WARNING: DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU READ THE PREVIOUS BOOK K? OKAY. :)
Anyways, this is going to be spoiler-free in terms of this novel but, of course, I'll be talking about what happened in Masked Innocence.
Basically in the second book, Julia goes to her first orgy and she learns that Brad is part of this mob family (after her boss gets murdered), and then he proposed to protect her but also because he loves her.
Moving on... WOW. This book was WOW. As always, Alessandra writes such smoking hot sex scenes that I could hear my heart racing while reading those said scenes. It was so intense and passionate, rough at times but also charged with emotion.
Julia is still the same impressionable yet independent woman that she is. Although she's willing to take orders from Brad in bed, she does not let him dictate her life. She makes her own choices and I completely admire her for that. She lives a life that isn't consumed completely by Brad, which I absolutely love.
Then there's Brad. First description is from Beverley:
That is, pre-Julia Brad ;)
Brad is… wow. There's no other word to describe him. He's just the perfect man. His controlling side isn't even a flaw. Maybe his family is but he's disconnected ties with them when he started fresh. But wow, he's just indescribable. A perfect specimen.
I mean, he says this (DIALOGUE BELOW) and it just shows how much he trusts Julia. How much he's willing to fight for her.
So. Fucking. Done. With. This. Book.

The Brad de Luca. The man who thinks it's his God damn calling to screw each and every hot female in a twenty-mile radius?Second is from Alexis:
His sexuality was a fire run out of control, stealing the breath and passion of any women who dared to stand too close to the flames. Fire. You couldn't control a fire.Such true, true words to describe Brad, I must say.

And his sweet moments even though he's still acting all sexy:
Brad: “We’re not getting divorced.”Julia: “Well, not now, obviously. But in the future…”Brad: “No. Never.”Julia: “Never?”Brad: “Never, there will be no prenup.”
“The right decision is for me to snatch you up quickly, before you realize that you can do better than me.”
I tilted my head playfully—mock thinking. “You know… you may be right, Mr. De Luca.”
“But no one,” he growled, bringing his mouth down to my neck and teasing the curve of it, “will ever love you like I love you.”
So. Fucking. Done. With. This. Book.

HOT HOT HOT EXCERPT WARNING!!!
I straddled Brad’s body, and he leaned back into the sectional, his eyes drugged with arousal, watching me, the line of his mouth barely affected by the smile that lay there. He ran his hands freely over the front of my dress, dipping inside my low and loose neckline and cupping each breast in turn. “God, you are beautiful.”
I said nothing, only gently moved against him, feeling a slight vibration run through us as the bass rocked a particularly loud note. I could feel the energy of the club, the muted hum of music, of a thousand bodies of barely-contained madness—dancing, kissing, falling in love—underneath us.
“Kiss me,” he commanded.
I shook my head with a smile. “No. Keep touching me.”
A second hand joined his first, both palms sweeping up and cradling my breasts, the pull of the fabric joined with the rough skin of his palms temptingly perfect. He growled, low in his throat. “Like this?” He squeezed, a little rougher on my nipples, my breath catching.
“Yeah.”
“Then kiss me.” He bucked up with his hips, throwing me forward, his upper body lifting, his mouth looking for mine, but I turned my head, gave him my neck, giggling when he nipped it.
“Not yet,” I whispered. “I’m not going to kiss you until his cock is deep inside of me.”
His hands tightened on me, and he groaned my name as he tore at the straps of my dress, pulling the fabric from me, a shiver running through me as my upper body was exposed.
There was a click of a door handle, and my breath caught as I looked up, seeing the black door swing open, a tall suit of gorgeous stepping inside, a phone at his ear, our eyes catching onto and holding each other.
